We will be hitting the road at the end of March for 3 months. You are welcome to keep checking back for updates on our travels from Maine to New Mexico, Arizona and Utah as our main destinations with plenty of stops on the way to and from. We have permits to hike the Coyote Buttes South for my 70th birthday. Not The Wave but the next best thing. This trip is also a celebration of our 50th anniversary. We started our life together with a cross country trip to San Diego for Stan’s last 2 years in the Navy with a stop in Crested Butte, Colorado for our honeymoon (great skiing). 2 years later we spent 5 months on the road with a baby in tow. Our last big trip was in 2015 – mostly in the Rockies. Not quite as long this time and not quite as much area to cover. We fell in love with Utah and wanted to go back to discover more slot canyons. We’ll throw in 4 train outings, lots of hikes, explore ancient dwellings and plenty more.
